Please see below for specific return policies for any Mountain View Products.

Accessories Return Policies:

We are happy to offer a 15 business day return or exchange policy from the date goods were received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  We ONLY accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective or damaged items, or of items of the wrong size .

All returns sent to Mountain View Products must be accompanied by a RMA number obtained prior to shipment.  Please call us at 585-397-7085 to receive an RMA number.  The RMA number must be clearly written on the package and also included in a note inside the package.  Please include on the note you name, address and best contact phone number.   All products must be carefully packaged to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.  We highly recommend using a trackable service with appropriate shipping insurance.  Mountain View Products is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.    Mountain View Products will pay for return shipping, and details will be provided at the time you receive an RMA number. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed.

Mountain View Products will only accept returns/exchanges from items directly purchased through Mountain View Products.  If you have purchased through an authorized factory dealer, please refer to the dealer and their return/exchange policies.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 15 days of receipt.  Please ensure you provide a contact phone number in the event we need to process a credit card refund.
